Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse (unless otherwise stated).

 

Processing Time

- Holiday notice: During national holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year), processing times may be longer. We'll notify you individually if significant delays occur
- Delay notifications: If your order faces unexpected delays, we'll contact you via email or phone promptly

 

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our warehouse, here's when you can expect it to arrive:

Standard Areas: 5–10 business days
Remote / Far Areas: Up to 12 business days

Remote areas are defined by the carrier's shipping zones and may include certain rural or island locations.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery may take slightly longer during peak shopping seasons, public holidays, or due to unexpected delays with local carriers.

Important: Correct Address Required

We can only ship to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping information includes:

- Complete street address
- City/State/Postal code
- Country
- **Valid phone number** (carriers may need this for delivery)

We're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Double-check your details before completing your order!
